Brain Navi Vol.5:
Vietnam and Japan should learn each other

2015/04/15

Dear our precious customers, I am Kondo Noboru, CEO of Brain Works Group.

In these spring days, the pink color of cherry blossom has been gradually replaced by the fresh green of tree leaves. And today, I would like to introduce our new services that we have started recently. Since both services are closely related to Vietnam, we are looking forward to exchanging opinions with you about them.

The first service that I want to introduce is business tourism.
With the aim of becoming a tourism-oriented country, Japan put the target of attracting 20 million tourists by the year of 2020. At present, all regions of Japan are welcoming a large number of foreign tourists. People working in tourism industry become very busy to attract tourists. For a resource-poor country like Japan, it is such a great news. From business point of view, we want to spread values of Japan from inside, so that people could get to know Japan more.

From the point of view of Asia countries’ people, it can be said that Japan reflect the future of their countries. Knowledge, know-hows and experience are incorporated in every aspect of service, technology and quality in Japan. That is why competition in Japan is very fierce, and it is hard to deny that Japan is becoming more and more difficult place to do business.

We are seeing an increasing flow of people coming to Japan to learn about such Japan. As a matter of fact, the number of Vietnamese people coming to Japan is increasing too. Japanese infrastructure, factories and farms will provide customers with the best examples to learn about Japan. We ourselves are operating an original business tour service in Japan. Therefore, if you are thinking about an inspection tour to Japan, please feel free to contact us.

One more service we would like to introduce is senior personnel agency service.
We have started personnel services in Japan too. Even at Japanese companies, there are so many positions that senior personnel can make the best use of their capabilities and contribute to the organizations. However, there still exists obstacles in matching such companies and senior personnel.

What Asia developing countries need at present is Japanese senior personnel. What is the reason for that? It is because they know about high economic growth period of Japan. They can be considered the core force of the Japanese economy having once flourished (also known as "Japan at number one "). Also, this generation know about the downside of Japan in the past. At present, Asian countries are facing problems such as environment problem, food safety problem. However, looking back, Japan had the exactly the same problems too. Japan had been facing serious environment pollution and food safety problems. Japanese senior personnel are those who had faced with these problems directly and had worked out the ways to solve them. Their experience is exactly what Asia needs.

On April 16th, we are holding a seminar with Mr. Murata Hiroyuki as guest speaker. Mr. Murata Hiroyuki, representative of Murata Associates, is a well-known figure in senior market field. He will present about the power of senior generation of Japan. We have to build a more robust relationship in order to deepen collaboration between our countries.

We should learn each other and build a mutual respect relationship between our countries. At Brain Works, we will do whatever we can to nurture this relationship.
